fabulous event featured 50 ARTISTS + 7 PERFORMANCES and celebrated the re-opening
of the Crucible Steel Gallery. Performances were given by Stagefright (open
mic and karaoke), The Uncle Puppy Face Friendship Team (sketch comedy and
improv with comedic song featuring Asher Lyons and Thom Vacca), Nitya Venkateswaran
(classical Indian dance), FiLTHMiLK (post punk industrial classical orchestra),

Sunday, Oct. 26th, 2003 at the Lit'l Lizards Store
What
do Lizzy Borden, anti-Barbies, a bat-eared squirrel named Capote, Valerie
Solanas, the American flag, kewpie dolls and a sock puppet have in common?
They all made an appearance on infant and toddler T-shirts at this ArtSF
benefit show. Work appearing in this show represented the U.S., Canada and
France. Dana DeKuyper, Tim Gratkowski, Danoyl Leon, Mathieu et Marie, Trina
Robbins and Jim Pruscia. A play area was set up for children and lots of
little kiddies joined us. This event featured the work shown on the Baby
Wit website and the clothing design by Lit'l Lizards, both companies
were created by local artists. Thank you to Amelia for volunteering and
to Andrea Frost for producing the event and to Liz Terbolizard for the space

least, but everyone came to celebrate with positive energy. A donation was
made to one dj's family that suffered a loss from September 11th. Performances
by Arusha Baker, Marissa Handler and the Ginger Thimler Band, Harvey and
